Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week on our web site. At Blue Moon Premium Olive Oil and Vinegar we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. All prices are subject to change without notice. We do not ship C.O.D. Sales tax will automatically be added to any applicable purchase.
RETURN POLICY
All sales of food items are 100% non-refundable. However, any issues with the products themselves will be handled on a case by case basis.
CLAIMS AND EXCEPTIONS
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. We will do everything possible to re-route orders for timely delivery but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:
• Delayed deliveries due to weather or other “Acts of God”
• Incorrect addresses
• Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please notify recipient of the pending arrival of goods
PACKAGING
Your goods are packaged in secure cartons and each item is individually bubble wrapped to ensure protection. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

Gift Certificates are redeemable only in store at Blue Moon Premium Olive Oil and Vinegar. Gift Certificates are not redeemable online.
