Our Story

Blue Moon Premium Olive Oil & Vinegar, opened in November 2012 with the mission of informing the public on the benefits of incorporating “True” Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegars into their everyday lives, and providing a Tasting Parlor, to help facilitate that goal. Olive Oil is packed with antioxidants, when it is processed properly and, most of all, FRESH. We, as a society, are not necessarily buying E.V.O.O, when doing so at our local supermarket. Many of these, so called Olive Oils, are poorly harvested fruit juice. Rancid, Lamp Oil, and sometimes not Olive Oil, at all! It was this realization, that fanned the fire, for us to open Blue Moon and get the word out: Get The GOOD STUFF!
